When will I receive my product?
Right after purchase you will be able to instantly download your products. A download link will be also sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Is it a one-time purchase?
Yes, it is a one-time purchase, and you will receive all future updates for FREE via email.
Do I need particular skills?
No, not at all! Canva is really easy to use, with its drag & drop interface. However, we have included in-depth instructions to show you exactly how to edit your templates and our customer service will always reply in less than 24 hours!
How much time is needed?
Our products are designed to let you save time. You can share the templates as they are or customize them in just a few clicks. All your posts will be done in a blink of an eye!
Can I use my own logo?
Yes, you can. All our templates are fully editable and customizable. You can change images, fonts, colours, backgrounds, shapes and all the other elements. The templates can be edited as many times as you wish. Please note that you can still access the original file at any time.
What if I lose my products?
You will always be able to access your products:
- From your free Canva account
- From the link we sent you by email
- Offline from the folders on your computer
But if you need another download link, just send us an email at customers@thedigitalmediahub.com with your order details and we will send you a new one.
